Cara Ellison
4H Club

Cara Ellison is the Community 4-H Club's manager. Cara was an active member of Tarrant County 4-H as a youth and attended Texas A&M on 4-H scholarship and has been involved in the Johnson County 4-H program for 10 years (her daughter is currently attending Texas A&M on 4-H scholarship) . Cara continues to help introduce new kids to the variety of 4-H offerings as she leads this Club and serves on the Johnson County 4-H Booster organization.

Community 4-H Club is one of 8 local 4-H clubs within Johnson County. The Club was established and chartered in 2015 specifically for youth in Burleson to help non-traditional 4-H kids benefit from the program in the areas of community service, citizenship, leadership and public speaking. Community 4-H's motto is "Serving the Community/Building Leaders". 
 
Community 4-H now has 35+ members who have projects varying from rabbits, to poultry; entomology to youth entrepreneurship; from public speaking to goats and sheep. Johnson County 4-H has over 370 4-H'ers and is one of the top 4-H counties in the state.
