BAM Hurricane Harvey Relief Efforts

Jon may be a new member to BAM, but he is anything but new to the title of Rotarian. Jon, was an orthopedic surgeon in Rockport, Texas for many years. There, he was an active member in Rockport's Rotary club. Though, he retired and relocated to Burleson, he still has many relationships in the Rockport area. After Hurricane Harvey devastated the Texas coast he reached out to many of his patients he knew to still be in the Rockport area, asking for ways he could help them. He became a Rotarian in action as he approached our club for donations or their time in his efforts to help the community he served, just one more time. 

He will take this time to share with the club how we helped with the Hurricane Harvey Relief Efforts on the weekend of September 1, 2017.
